On April 16th, 2012, the RENCP held its General Assembly at East Africa Villas (Kibagabaga). According to Alfred Mupenzi, the Representative of the RENCP Chairing Organization, the main purpose of the General Assembly was to focus on relevant grants opportunities from DFID through its innovation and capacity building fund Programme whose aim is finding and to testing innovative ways to improve quality and addressing capacity constraints in the education sector for the next three years.
