Three Stones, established in Rwanda in 2012, with the goal to support and build capacity of local organizations, TSIR is a research, management and development firm capitalizing on years of experience to provide locally originated development solutions. Three Stones values grassroots organizations and their commitment to affecting change at all societal levels. With an extensive list of over 40 donors, INGOs and local clients, Three Stones has completed work in over 10 countries. TSI maintains an office in Rwanda with 25 employees.
Education Projects TSI is currently involved with includes: 1) Gender Responsive Education and Transformation Early Childhood Education through Play for Scale in Mozambique and Rwanda (GREAT-ECE), with Cambridge Education and Right to Play. 2) Learning Through Play with Technology, funded by the Lego Foundation, in partnership with the Education Development Centre (EDC) and Right to Play. With World Vision, TSIR is working on the Homes and Communities/Uburezi Iwacu Activity, conducting formative research for social and behavior change communication (SBCC) strategy development. In addition, the government of Rwanda, through the Mineduc, has partnered with Dalberg Advisors and the Hempel Foundation on Elimu-Soko Project in Rwanda. Brink and Three Stones International were selected as the MEL partner for the project.
