AFRICA EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE is an institution recognized by Presidential order No: 14/2010 of 07/05/2010. It is certified by Rwanda Development Board under Serial Number 407710.
It has mission and objectives of promoting a field of Early Childhood (ECD/ECE) through Research documentation, capacity building, awareness campaign, consultancy and family promotion (as Education support activities).
